– They are prompted to review the suggestions and decide which program(s).

4. Confirmation and Detailed Information:
– Once the person selects the program(s) they wish to proceed with, detailed information about the selected program(s) is provided.
– Any additional doubts or questions are clarified to ensure complete understanding.
5. Payment Process:
– The person is required to make the full payment for the chosen program(s).
– Payments are checked for validity and processed securely.
6. Scheduling Appointment:
– Upon successful payment, a calendar with available time slots is sent to the person.
– They can choose a convenient time slot from the provided options.
– Confirmation emails are sent regarding the selected time slot.
7. Document Upload:
– Follow the instructions to upload all necessary documents relevant to their case after the time slot via email as in the instructions.
– They are guided on which documents are required for a comprehensive assessment.
8. Appointment Confirmation:
– Once all necessary documents are uploaded, a confirmation email is sent to the person, acknowledging receipt of documents and confirming the scheduled appointment.
9. Follow-up and Support:
– Support or guidance required at this time by the person is provided.
– Follow-up emails are sent to ensure a smooth experience and address further queries or concerns.
10. Continued Care:
– Ongoing support and follow-up services are provided as mentioned under each program.
